Pros
Bonus and some of the benefits are great. They have a program to pay for your student loans that covers up to $100k. Also, they pay a total of 6% on your 401k, so if you are like me that setup higher retirement %, they match 6% of what you setup. in my case i set it up for 12% so at the end i received 18%. I also have some share the company gave because of my hard work helping the company. Not everyone has this, but it was a great incentive for give the extra mile.
Cons
There is a huge communication problem between departments, especially when someone wanted to do a project and does not reach to other departments like IT to see how it will impact the business or if what they are bringing can be use in the company environment. There are almost no disaster\recovery plans for most of the shopfloor process. If something happens with the technology, there is no way shopfloor can continue production because there are no alternatives to continue production in case of disconnection from network or failure of servers. It's like they completely discarded all the manual process of paper and depended on technology to gather information and continue working.
