Pros
Great benefits, decent pay, nice people to work with, the ability to work from home
Cons
This company was not prepared for the pandemic. I didn't mind the job the first few years of working here, but once Covid-19 pandemic struck and staffing needs changed, it all went took a turn for the worse. They very quickly became a numbers company, and work/life balance went out the window. They treat their employees like numbers and expect them to work like machines. A lot of employees have had to take leave of absence due to the extreme stress the job causes. You are expected to complete a very high amount of work, while maintaining quality, and also answering the phones which often times involves angry customers. It is not possible to complete it all in an 8 hour work day. It is not good for work/life balance. If they don't learn how to value the employees they have, they will find that turnover rate is going to dramatically increase, if it hasn't already. Being able to work from home is a perk, but it is not worth the taxation on your life outside of work.
