Nice coworkers for the most part. Working in a rural healthcare setting has its benefits. Excellent nursing care and friendly staff

Cons

A healthcare system struggling to survive and not taking care of its employees. There has been no effective leadership for going on 6 years.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to advance. Benefits are better than any other job I've had in healthcare. The people are professional and friendly.

Cons

Need for more competitive pay scale. Smaller system, so positions are multi-faceted, typically-the work is more intense. Pay should reflect that.

From my experience every one does not want to with everone as a team. Alot of drama. I know of 5 right off the top of my head that talk negative about management and otheres they work with
