We have a leadership team that truly care about the patients and staff, and mission of LPBHC. We have a fantastic CEO right now. He's been with the company since LPBHC opened. He understands the mission and has been involved with every hospital department, so his opinions are grounded in valuable knowledge and experience. The rest of Senior Leadership has done a really great job putting changes into place that make the patient and employee experiences better. They're fostering a culture of "change for the good", with patient care at the forefront of their decision making. This is a great place to work for someone who cares deeply about helping kids and their families through difficult times and the building is full of people who want to help.

Therapeutic boundaries are extremely challenging, and work can be stressful at times

Working here has been incredibly fulfilling. Over the past 12 years, I’ve had opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. The leadership team genuinely cares about employees and ensures we have the resources needed to succeed. The work we do in behavioral health is challenging but incredibly rewarding, and the collaborative environment makes it easier to manage tough days. What keeps me here is the focus on making a difference in people’s lives. The company’s mission to improve mental health aligns with my personal values, and the leadership team makes you feel like a valued part of that mission.
