Pros
They give you good hours as long as you show up and make an effort. Solid pay for a summer gig. I really recommend this for early college students. This is much better than doing an upaid internship after your freshman/sophomore year.
Cons
For some reason, the majority of managers don't know how to make a schedule despite the fact that they know all of their clients' hours, as well as the availability of the staff. The program is also very strict on doing things the Lindamood Bell way. Their instructional method is unique and a great starting point, but they are ignoring the fact that education is most successful when customized. If you try to tailor to the students' needs, they will tell you to stop. The salary is also really low when you consider how much is being charged per hour.
