      Pros

      - Lots of vacation days, no difiiculty in availing leaves. - Good chances of getting a deputation to headquarters on a regular basis (once in 3 to 4 years) in some departments.

      Cons

      - Slow growth for lower level employees. - Very long working hours. Expect you to do overtime without paying for it. - Very low pay as compared to peer companies. - Obnoxious level of politics in many departments. - Limited work profile, decreasing your opportunities outside the company.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
