Pros
Very family friendly was allowed to miss several days due to grandson being born premature without the need for filing all the FMLA paperwork , descent pay and benefits, able to work 1/2 days on Friday by working four 9's and a 4 hour day.
Cons
being an EPC company in the energy sector, oil prices play big role in the amount of work we had to do
