Pros
In certain centers there is a good chance to move up in the company. With the constant acquisitions, there are always openings and if you're willing to move to the middle of no where and take a risk, you can go from the bottom of the pole to the top fairly quickly.
Cons
Small centers have huge politics and drama. If management doesn't like you, you will fail regardless of how hard you try. You're on call but do not get compensated for it. They make it seem like no big deal, but with their strict rules it basically means you cannot have a life when you are on call. It you decide to take a risk and move away, you have a limited time to turn things around or face termination. You have the possibility to bonus, but if you do and your manager is greedy, you'll never know about it.
