      - Good stepping stone - Provides good opportunities to young professionals to grow and develop one's career - a few good managers - good safety standards - very good in ethics and compliance

      Cons

      - very lean organization - not very good in handling unfit / non performing heads/ managers - not much employee engagement and employee relations program - too much focus on cost savings

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
