      Pros

      Bad work culture to begin with provided challenges. No open communication between stakeholders, unwillingness to change even by executives that were supposedly sponsoring projects. Each person has a look after themselves attitude.

      Cons

      Backwards thinking mindset. The local North America office has negative outlook on Global office and therefore undermines efforts even before they begin. People want to stuck wuth status quo and just clock in clock out. No vision for imporvement. Bad work culture.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
