      Pros

      Solid company in a recession-proof industry. Good people and work/life balance. Many long-time employees stay with the company year after year, even in hot job markets. The company feels small enough for employees to really make an impact in their areas of expertise.

      Cons

      Lots of change driven from the top. Turnover. Bureaucracy. Micromanagement is standard practice for too many managers. Recognition isn't really part of the company culture. Employees must be self motivated.
