      Pros

      The people - by far! Flexible work schedule, although expect to work off-hours if there is an issue. Benefits - from good medical/dental to 401k/CASH plan. Plus all the little stuff, ability to volunteer, holiday parties/celebrations.

      Cons

      Always in a state of transition. So many mergers, acquisitions, take overs. Also too many re-organizations. Safety focus is not focused correctly.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
