      Pros

      Linde is a diverse company that allows one to look into many different area of a business and pursue a career in just about anything you can imagine. They typically support continuing to develop their employees through training and will sponsor school up to a certain amount.

      Cons

      Their size often limits their agility and ability to do things easily. Extremely bureaucratic, to an almost crippling degree. Constant global re-organizations over the past decade. This often created a challenge for those trying to navigate vertically within the company. Great Benefits, but fairly noncompetitive pay.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
