Long interview process. But then they didn’t bother to tell me that they were moving “ somewhere”. The main reason I took the job was because I was a few min away to the office., so it was a huge turn off. I learned the moving from my friend. The person who was supposed to train me had the most unprofessional attitude; found out that many people felt bad for me because they knew how horrible the person is to work with. On boarding process didn’t exist. Everyone looked like they had just gone to the funeral. Some of them were stuck there because they had nowhere to go.
Then one month into the job during the meeting the manager burst out that you have to work July 4 th and Labor Day because HQ does not recognize American holidays. On top of it, I was told not to take any time off between 7/1-12/31 because of busy season. Seriously, what kind of company is this? I was trying to talk to the HR that lead the hiring process. Turned out that the person was laid off right after I got hired. Go figure!! I am sooo glad that I got out immediately.
