      Pros

      Lost of great colleagues and other large company benefits like training if you push for it.

      Cons

      The usual management problems. Poor managers are not required to improve so staff leave the company or move roles but are not empowered through HR to manage up even if mismanagement is blatantly clear.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
