(COVID-19 a factor, tbf) *Merger Completed with equally large, global firm *Endured 6+ months of rumors & 4 rounds of layoffs knowing what was ahead, although Upper Management not only denied, but lied, lied, lied (& continues to lie); There is a plan and that plan is cut costs & remove redundant positions
