      Pros

      Some flexibility with your schedule if you don't mind being called 24 hours a day.

      Cons

      Always short-handed. The merger with Linde was poorly thought out now Praxair is as badly managed as Linde. Work-life balance is a foreign concept. Haven't been able to take a vacation in three years where it was interrupted or recalled. Don't work in production. Thanks, Steve Angel. I hope you are proud of yourself.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
