      Good pay, and union bennifits

      Cons

      Long hours. Company dosen't care about you or your family. They expect your butt in the seat no matter what. If its not specifically spelled out in the union contract, then they won't allow it.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
