Good Location and the employee are great not the management or engineering manager are included.
Cons
Management does not have a clue how to run the company. The president of the company buys expensive car and then the next week he lays off his employees. The Director of Engineering has no clue how to manage the employees nor has a knowledge of the oil and gas industry. The engineering managers are joke. No idea how the department works but always tell you how to do your job. The decision that the management makes are horrible. Because of their decision they laid off all the engineers and sales. But no management was laid off. I am sure they got the raise and bonus because of the lay off. The key to success in this company is to not do your job and make mistakes and they will promote you. The upper management keeps playing musical chair. One month they promote some one to Director of Engineering and then the next month he is VP of Sales. Then They promote manager to be Electrical department manager because he took few classes in his master degree. Then gets promoted to Director of Engineering. Since this presidents term the company had 2 lay off. Always the lowest ranking employee who is working hard gets the cut. All the management are safe because they are the decision maker. This is the most unorganized and lack of talent German company ever.
