Pros
Linde is a fantastic company to work for, offering enormous growth opportunities due to its large organizational structure. The company has programs that allow employees to set goals and work towards achieving them. During times of need, I received support from all levels, especially from my team at the plant. Starting at an entry-level position, I worked my way up to Lab Technician and HSE Coordinator. The support and care I received when I decided to move to another location for family reasons were exceptional. From the newest employee I helped with their induction to the VP of the company, everyone showed me care and created good memories. Indeed, Linde is a great company to work for, and I will miss the people with whom I built relationships over the course of my time there.
