Pros

Collaborative workspace. Employees are encouraged to make their own roles and own them. Good pay. Not top of the industry, but very fair. Great company culture. Some of the nicest people I've ever worked with. Exciting product tech possibilities.

Cons

The company's large flagship project lacks unified direction and focus. Forward progress is hampered by competing leadership ideas and trendchasing rather than focusing on concrete vision and deliverables. Perpetual tech demo creation seems to lead in circles without reaching solid destinations. The project is a creative product led completely by the engineering department and this setup rarely works. Smaller projects are overshadowed and undercooked by senior management. The small teams here rarely get the resources, personnel, attention or funds they need to succeed. Company stakeholders disregard these projects for months at a time, then they suddenly pop in and drive disruptive, uninformed changes only to vanish again.

Pros

Nicest employees I've worked with but no one ends up lasting. Good vacation leave but too hard to take.

Cons

This place was honestly terrible. The people running it didn’t use the product, didn’t understand the customers, and just built whatever they felt like. Then they acted confused when everything failed. The company is run by giant egos who treated employees like used tissues. All the long time employees ended up getting “let go” because they wouldn’t act like puppets or leave because it's hopeless. Then the exact same jobs suddenly opened back up, but only in certain offices. So much for their big WFH culture. The office culture is gone and the rats are leaving the sinking ship. Linden can't increase their user base to save their lives so its only a matter of time. The head of product operations was so toxic someone wrote a fifty page Medium article about it, and the company still didn’t care. Nobody feels safe speaking up. The execs only wanted people who nodded and agreed, and they cared more about themselves than customers or employees. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone. It was a total mess.
