Pros
The TAO of Linden is what attracted me to this position. The TAO describes how we are expected to behave. It is not just words. Work Together. Walk in our Residents' shoes. Good People Make Good Choices . . . and vice versa. Be thoughtful and transparent. No Politics. Sharing our mission requires that you honor this rule at all times: Never act to advance your own interests or someone else's interests at the expense of the interests of the company. It is delightful to work together collaboratively, not as individuals competitively. The work is fun and we have the opportunity to help advance the ability for people to interact and communicate with others around the world. Employees are trusted and valued.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that our office area can be somewhat noisy. Other than that, it is great.
