Pros
One of the best things working at LinearB is the product market fit. People see what we are offering and they jump on it. You can feel the excitement growing every month. It's incredible that such a growing company can attract the number of unicorn customers we have. We're on the cusp of something truly great. Experimentation has no limits at LinearB. If you have an idea, you are encouraged to just do it and see what happens. Know your audience, know you goals, and give it your best effort. This kind of culture makes work exciting and fun. Ownership is another great value of LinearB. There isn't any micromanagement happening at this company. You own your area and are responsible for making it work, whatever that means to you. You can and should ask for help, opinions, ideas, but everyone here wakes up in the morning thinking about how they can get the most out of their area of ownership within the company. And the culture is great. You're surrounded by young, elite software professionals at the top of their game. Execution happens incredibly fast at LinearB because there isn't any of the silliness of politics you find in corporate environments. This is not a prideful company and credit is never hoarded. If you're looking for a place to work, like really build and own something, and see the fruits of your labor in almost real time, this might be the place for you.
Cons
We're growing incredibly fast. It's hard to know what everyone else is doing. There aren't many standard processes in place yet which can be detrimental to people who prefer to be super organized.
