The management team truly cares about their employees - rarely have I seen a Series A startup offer 8 weeks of parental leave or as regularly and meaningfully demonstrate their commitment to avoiding burnout by checking in with employees and encouraging time off. Highly competitive salary and excellent benefits The people here are stellar across the board, it's easy to learn from coworkers, teamwork is encouraged, and they are very intentional about their organizational design to encourage collaboration while maintaining focus time. Opportunity to take ownership and grow quickly within the company is provided regularly and encouraged. Remote first culture - if you want to work from Mexico for 6 weeks, you can do it.

Cons

If you're looking to coast, you won't be a good fit. LinearB is a hypergrowth startup and the team is trying to succeed in a competitive environment. Due to global nature of the team with the majority of hires in either the USA or Israel(so far), you'll occasionally have early meetings (6:30 or 7am PT).

LinearB is an amazing place to work. The CEO and co-founder are outstanding leaders. They set a clear vision and direction for the company while giving people the trust and autonomy to do their best work. The culture emphasizes collaboration and ownership, which makes it motivating to be part of the team. The benefits are excellent, with thoughtful programs that support employees not just professionally but also personally. There are strong initiatives to help people develop their skills and grow their careers. Colleagues are talented, approachable, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. The company is also mission-driven, and it’s inspiring to contribute to something that has a real impact on engineering teams.

Cons

Most U.S.-based employees work remotely, which can sometimes make it feel a little disconnected from the rest of the global team.
