Pros

An incredibly diverse group of people, spanning time zones and countries, every day is an adventure, and we definitely bring a lot of different points of view to the table. The leadership is tenured and all have both startup and large enterprise experience, I don't get the feeling they're making rookie mistakes. No beer bongs or gongs, but we're open to expanding into ping-pong.

Cons

Not really a con, but you're gonna stretch. This is a startup that's growing and evolving incredibly fast, in an industry that's expanding just as fast. If you're ready to work hard, learn new things, and set the groundwork for something with real potential, this is a good place to be.

Pros

LinearB is an amazing place to work. The CEO and co-founder are outstanding leaders. They set a clear vision and direction for the company while giving people the trust and autonomy to do their best work. The culture emphasizes collaboration and ownership, which makes it motivating to be part of the team. The benefits are excellent, with thoughtful programs that support employees not just professionally but also personally. There are strong initiatives to help people develop their skills and grow their careers. Colleagues are talented, approachable, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. The company is also mission-driven, and it’s inspiring to contribute to something that has a real impact on engineering teams.

Cons

Most U.S.-based employees work remotely, which can sometimes make it feel a little disconnected from the rest of the global team.
