Pros

I love working on problems I can relate to. LinearB deals with pains I've seen first hand as developer and manager throughout my career. It also doesn't hurt to be in a white hot market, fast growing team and great customers that give us honest and constructive feedback

Cons

Still lots to solve, growth is challenging, and we don't get to see the US half of the team as often as we should

They set a clear vision and direction for the company while giving people the trust and autonomy to do their best work. The culture emphasizes collaboration and ownership, which makes it motivating to be part of the team. The benefits are excellent, with thoughtful programs that support employees not just professionally but also personally. There are strong initiatives to help people develop their skills and grow their careers. Colleagues are talented, approachable, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. The company is also mission-driven, and it’s inspiring to contribute to something that has a real impact on engineering teams.

Cons

Most U.S.-based employees work remotely, which can sometimes make it feel a little disconnected from the rest of the global team.
