Unfortunately the leadership has no integrity. If one has no friend or relative there, it is a stifling experience where one gets strapped with all the work, gets great performance reviews, then gets fired because someone else wishes to replace you with a family member or spouse.

Managment was horrendous. They were a group of liars who were only out for their own best interests and didn't care about their employees at all.
