      Management don’t really care about you, will constantly critique your work rather than motivate you. Nothing is ever good enough for them, sales in particular. HR seem to be similar in that they don’t show an interest if you have a complaint

      Pros

      The team has embraced new ideas. This is a growing company, YOY, and the opportunities for growth and development are there for your taking. It is a lean organization, and your ideas and input are encouraged, and acted upon. There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

      Cons

      Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.
