Pros
Very flexible, can work whenever and wherever. Interesting job If you keep up on training and read everything you can do well. Attend all the webinars! If you don't have time listen to them later, but the Q&A at the end isn't recorded.
Cons
Some weeks there isn't much work. You have to sit and refresh constantly hoping for more tasks. This usually happens at the end of the week and month. Can be let go at any time. I was there nearly 3 years and got an email that they no longer had positions in my state. When pressed for information they repeated the same thing. At least I was given some notice though. If your scores fall too low, you will be terminated immediately. The test is hard, so study! It takes a long time to get hired as well.
