Pros
Remote/work from home/make your own hours Decent hourly rate for the work Small bonuses offered from time to time Ability to work extra hours some weeks
Cons
There is no stability at this job, and you are completely disposable. Your work quality scores are based on a selection of an average of 10 tasks per month, and while most of it makes sense some parts don't at all. All training is literally repeated content from the training manuals which is fine for those starting out, but doesn't provide additional value if you have further questions or need help with a specific task. Communication is very poor - I was put on quality review and restricted from working, which I expected even though for the most part my scores were very high, and received no communication for over four weeks until I received a separation of employment letter. I'm pretty sure nobody ever performed a quality review of my work. I would have appreciated not having to wait over a month to find out - I could have started another job and not lost out on a month's worth of wages. Also - you give the client access to your phone, who knows what they look at.
