Pros
None whatsoever unless you like being taken advantage of...
Cons
They require you to take a test you must pass in order to "get hired." They do not tell you up front the rate of pay per task, because then no one would bother to jump through the hoops for rates that low. They do not pay for any training and they say there will be more you have to do later. They also pay you nothing for your time you will have to spend on their website or answering their frequent emails. This job simply, be their design, cannot get close to Federal Min. Wage for all the time you will invest. In order to stay employed you need to keep a min. accuracy rating which means you cannot skip steps in order to get your pay rate up. If you live in a state with a higher min. wage then this will be worse. Do not believe the other reviews that claim a $15/hour rate. Scammers send liars to put up false reviews and it is easy to do! A more realistic rate for all the unpaid time you will have to invest is like 1/2 of the Fed. Min. Wage. Are these the kind of people you would want to trust with your social security and bank account information?
