We're surrounded by very intelligent and good people, and it's interesting solving new-world problems together as a global team. No real Cons. It's not an easy industry to be in these days with things changing at this rapid a pace, but we keep up well. Never a dull moment, and never a new challenge around each corner, but a great team to always work it out with.
