Pros

flexible work, okay compensation, sometimes interesting

Cons

the company is really annoying and inconsistent. they'll offer bonus incentives and not hold up their end of the bargain because your work wasn't "satisfactory" yet they won't offer feedback to improve. the training is repetitive and a joke. the required browser extensions are stalkerish and annoying. i hate that they make you log your own time and won't let you use a timer, yet if you're a minute off they'll send you an angry email that basically accused you of stealing hours. if they know what hours you work, why can't they create a built in task timer on the homeworker portal? it makes no sense. it's like they want to get their employees in trouble

Resource Constraints: Occasionally, there might be limited resources which can impact the ability to execute projects efficiently. Pros

- Plenty of projects available. - Payment is average, not terrible but not outstanding.

Cons

- Unrealistically high quality demands. - Expectation that you are available all the time. - Terrible system that is clunky, unreliable, and frustrating to use. - Poor communication, slow responses, and constant delays. - Payment issues, repeated delays, and dishonest excuses about payment. - They keep lying or changing the story when you follow up. - Overall, the experience feels disorganized, unfair, and disrespectful.
