Pros

There are many but the few that comes to mind include: - Company is growing so fast that there are a lot of opportunities that you wouldn't even know existed - Brand of Brother colleagues/friends. - The camaraderie - Excitement for the future - Opportunity to be a part of the future for cleaning robots - No drama at the office - Free Parking :) - A place where I can call home

Cons

No company is perfect. While we grow, there are always lots of mistakes and frustrations. Having said that, my personal belief is that we shouldn't get overly hung up on such matters. be mature in solving the issues and quickly move on from there. At the end of the day, the competition is beyond our company. I hope that all our Lions are able to see that. - Existing office location can be a pain. - Workload can be mind boggling at times. - Start up culture which means that we all have to do our part, segregation of duties can be blurred.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

-Most of the reviews here are fake/bought. I have witness multiple people leave the company within the first month because of how they are run to the dirt. The RST has a very high turnover rate. - Extreme racial discrimination. The company is based in Singapore and India. If you're not from there prepare for the worst discrimination. -The RST team has no idea how to solve an issue. The global RST leader has be in the position for 7 years with no leadership experience or other work experience. They literally just change parts until it works. -They will fire you if you don't work over 14 hours a day nearly 6-7 days a week. The global RST leader always says its (can hack it) no, you pay your employees very little and expect them to do massive amounts of work. -no real QC process. the new product always has problems right out the box. I have been told multiple occasions that there is only 1 person doing QC. that is insane !! how can you sell a product that breaks right out the box? -no opportunity to advance. highly discrimination in order to get promoted or increase in salary. -there is no openness to other cultures at all which causes high discrimination and toxicity in the workplace. -Global RST leader is a do as I say not as I do type leader. I would not recommend anyone follow their lead.
