Understanding company. Low labor. Great routes and established customers. Often paid for time off w/o using PTO when needed. Great fleet maintenance protocols. High expectations to preventable maintenance practice, which ultimately, protects the drivers. Toll reimbursement. Reimbursement for all necessary purchases. Unloading pay availability as an option to the driver but NOT mandatory.
