Liquid Technology Response

Sorry to hear you were unhappy in your position with Liquid Technology. LT is very invested in retaining strong performing employees. 64% of our current staff have been employed with us for over 1 year and of that 59% are warehouse employees. Of our current staff, 85% are eligible to collect benefits and the remaining 15% will be eligible over the next 90 days. While I appreciate your review, your statements are an obvious distortion of the reality of Liquid Technology. We care very much about the comfort of our employees, but are ultimately here to contribute to the business. The unfortunate demolition of the break room was necessary to accommodate the business and its inventory and the office has many areas available where employees can take a break. Although I can see where you would be disappointed with fewer free lunches, it is unfortunate that you don't recognize that there is no obligation on the part of any company to provide these conveniences. We hope that our staff would appreciate management's effort to providing any free food or benefits (which we do provide daily in addition to our monthly company lunches). Thank you again for your comments and we wish you the best of luck to you in your future.

Pros

Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in the field. Supportive Leadership: Management and direction that genuinely care about their employees' well-being. Clear pathways for growth and advancement within the organization. A work environment that values autonomy while focusing on achieving set goals, rather than micromanagement. Work flexibility, employee benefits, lunches, christmas dinners, etc.

Cons

Goals can sometimes feel too ambitious, but the management tries to provide a supportive structure to help employees achieve them.

Pros

Its commitment to ensure that clients data is destroyed at all cost

Cons

During my time at the company, I observed a concerning pattern of unprofessional behavior among some employees and management. There were instances where discussions and actions related to personal matters, including assumptions about colleagues’ personal lives, created a hostile work environment. This behavior was particularly noticeable by the Midwest Operation Manager where it significantly impacted team morale and productivity. I believe addressing these issues is crucial for fostering a more respectful and inclusive workplace. The Manager there is smart on concealing these issue since he is the one who instigates them. You can't hold others accountable when your the one doing it. There was this one instance where the Manager thought I wasn't in the room, decided it was okay to talk poorly about me, mocking me on a conversation he said was confidential, then when he found out I was there in the room, started to pretend that he cared about me. Its all about getting your joke across at the expense of others.
