high level management is good and is trying to recover the goodwill that is lost in the past few years

middle level and project level management is not employee friendly.. they seriously can't handle the client... there skills in handling client during critical situations is near to zero...in many scenarios they lack confidence to suggest the client the best way of resolving the problem at hand... middle tier keeps threatening employees that if you don't perform we may not be able to protect you..which makes every one feel insecure.. pls be open to ideas.. i personally met with sarcasm when i came with ideas...i felt that i can never be able to express myself in the team which made me leave the org...otherwise the company is just like any other small scale or middle tire typical indian company which will pay you very high..and makes you work for every penny that it is paying...suggestion for new guys joining in.. be prepared for a very high level of politics at the peer level..and get used to taking orders and working you will not be able to present your ideas neither you will be able to defend yourself if a client complains...your job not so secure if you are new joinee(especially if you are highly paid)..be prepared to work under an untrained supervisor(most of them are not manager material)
