Business Outlook
Pros
New hires were genuine and authentic people.
Cons
The Philadelphia office has a clique-centric high school culture, where a tight group of managers and senior employees are quick to judge and berate the work of other employees. They have little or no self-awareness of their own flaws and tend to avoid innovative, new ways of presenting client work and creating deliverables. Instead, they rely on tried and true methods of communication, mostly rehashing old deliverables into new ones. Senior management had a tendency to be rude and talk down to other associates. There is an arrogance that comes with seniority, along with an insecurity to prove themselves especially after Capgemini's acquisition of Liquidhub.
