By comparison, their competition pays much better, is more aggressive with remote working possibilities, and allows more flexible work schedules - LISI not so much. Leadership professes that the organization is run under admirable philosophies such as environmentally friendly, socially friendly, and caring about work/life balance for their employees. In reality, they operate more typical of a greedy US corporation, not paying well, demanding more work from less labor as they cut the force deeply. Basically, the image is a facade and profit margin is the main goal.
