If you’re one of the great talent, you get abused as can be. Employees spy on each other. The management is very heavy on the top. Everyone is a manager. And everyone treats everyone like poo. Managers throw their staff under the bus. Promises get made so that they can dangle a carrot in front of your face but then they pull it away.
