Pros
I think Lithia motors is a good place to start your career in sales, because this company will provide good training and a feedback on your performance. Also, it is better to choose an hourly wage rather than a commission when you just started. Probably one of the best jobs for those who are still in high school or attending college. There are also some opportunities for growth, since it is a corporate dealership.
Cons
Of course, expect some drama over customers with your coworkers, but it is a part of this business...Though , when there are no customers, the job becomes quite boring.
