Pros
Nicest Building in town. The pay is ok.
Cons
Benefits are not that good compared to other companies I worked for. They are no paid sick days. You don't get holiday pay or paid vacation until after one year of employment. The other company I worked for give you paid holiday pay and paid vacation as soon as you are hired. Not a fun work environment. Managers don't motivate their employees into doing better.
