Pros
Kind of fun. Positive coworkers. Clean and relatively easy. Donuts every once in awhile and food you can take off your check in advance.
Cons
Terrible pay. (Commission or minimum wage, usually minimum wage), no training, no free time, your only as good as last month, threatening of being fired based upon sales month after month after only 1 month of being hired. Good ol boys mentality that if your in your in. Otherwise, it'll be short lived. Sexist staff, unequal privileged new hires based upon management.
