Pros

Good commission, plenty of bonus opportunities, decent hours. An ever changing career if you like change. The largest ford dealer ship for over 50 miles.

Cons

A major lack of training, almost non-existant. Fellow employees will sabotage your sales, driving costumers away from you. Unforgiving management, always looking to ax you for any and all reasons. Unprofessional staff, constantly talkingetting bad about each other, and costomers. Unfair treatment of employees, definitely the worst playing of favorites I've ever encountered.

Pros

"Lithia offered the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale architecture challenges while contributing to the company's digital transformation. The organization invests in modern cloud technologies and encourages collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams. It was a great environment for solving complex technical problems with real business impact."

Cons

Excellent strategic architecture experience, but the role offered fewer opportunities for hands-on software engineering than I prefer.
