Pros

I honestly don’t have anything good to say here except that I worked for Audi, and the cars were really nice.

Cons

Where do I start? 1. I was a new employee at the company. I was offered very little support. Nobody went over product knowledge or overview of the whole transaction. Everyone was extremely reluctant to give me any help. 2. Management will never tell you you’re doing a good job unless you’re closing every single deal everyday. They will not teach you. They will not acknowledge your good job on learning a new profession on your own. They constantly look disappointed in you even if you clearly provide an exceptional customer service. 3. Your coworkers are not going to be supportive. They don’t care about what you’re going through being a new person at the company. 4. Your plans that you make after your scheduled work hours do NOT matter. Even if it’s at 10 pm on Saturday night. Nobody cares. 5. You ALWAYS work overtime. Every day. Even if there’s nobody in the store. 6. Your good effort will never be acknowledged except for the customers. 7. Everything is super backwards. I’ve only worked there for a month, and I hate my job. I don’t understand how other people are able to do all that and feel good about themselves at night. I have not listed everything here; the list can go on and on. My advice to fellow jobseekers, if you have ANY other options, please, take that over the job working for Lithia and Driveway.

Pros

There are not many pros other than they offer medical benefits

Cons

Management behaves in an extremely unprofessional and hostile manner. They frequently scream, yell, use profanity, slam their hands on desks, and publicly humiliate members of the sales team. I have personally witnessed management use both profanity and racial slurs when speaking about employees. They also appear to take away employees’ scheduled days off without notice and routinely require staff to work 10+ hour days. The overall work environment is intimidating, disrespectful, and demeaning, leaving employees feeling as though they are treated as if they are worthless.
