Burnout is already high in this field, this company does not make it any easier, you’ll be stuck with the same client for more than 4 hours and sometimes all day doing the same tasks all day. Trainings take too long and even then poorly done. Quality care is thrown out the window. Additionally, management and some supervisors are not supportive. So many restrictions on calling out and PTO especially when this company exhausts you mentally and physically. There’s continuous rotation of new employees, Parents do not bring your child here.
