You get paid holidays, and you are guaranteed 30 hours no matter what
Cons
Rules are constantly changing, not consistent in schedule, a lot of unhappy employees and I’ve seen them fire for some unreasonable thing. They force you to use PTO even if you don’t want to. Made me go into a lot of negatives before leaving and took my whole check with it.
