      Pros

      Solid Therapy that can potentially make a big difference for patients. If I was posting this 6 months ago I would have given 4.5 stars. If they return to previous policies then they have potential for a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Merger with Sorin has been a disaster for neuromodulation sales force. Eliminated merit based raises, slashed commission that inversely effects the most successful reps, they even cut car allowance. No communication from Management.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.

      Money is mostly pretty decent
