      Pros

      The only thing that is good about this position is that it's 4 days a week, you get 3 day weekends. .

      Cons

      You might be able to find some friendly help but not likely, training new people is not done properly, they throw you in there with no training and think that that is okay, it's a medical company that builds things to save lives! They need to treat people better, The company treats the production floor like they are uneducated people, and treat everyone else outside of the production floor a lot better. The company is very unfair. The production floor is where it means the most, that's what keeps the company running, treat everyone with respect and maybe they will stay longer.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.

      Money is mostly pretty decent
