Life changing products. On site fitness center. Nice location south of Houston with a plenty of options to eat out. Strong engineering talent and functional leadership. People are generally hardworking, compassionate, and helpful.
Cons
Houston, we've a problem! Current environment is very stressful due to extremely aggressive project timelines and lack of top management's respect for employees. Engineers are constantly challenged on their ability to deliver. No Work-life balance - focus on work only and kiss your personal life good bye. Project management is non existent, project scope keeps growing while timelines keep shrinking and as a result individuals working 60-70 hours every week is the norm. Lots of good people left recently and the trend may continue if no corrective actions are taken.
